2. Refund Process

3. Non-Refundable Services

4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, where the service has been partially delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed at the time of the refund request. The final decision will be made by the Vezoneseo team.
5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the project before completion, you must inform us in writing. If the project is in progress, the cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the work already completed.

We strive to make necessary changes or revisions without additional charges, if applicable, before considering a refund.
